These terms and conditions ("Terms") outline the rules and eligibility criteria for the Cristiano Ronaldo Forever To The Moon collection (hereinafter the “Forever To The Moon” Digital Collectibles) promotion (“Promotion”). By participating in the Promotion, participants (Forever To The Moon Digital Collectibles Holders and/or registered Binance users - collectively “Participants” or “Holders” upon purchase or receipt) agree to abide by these Terms.
1. Overview: Binance will release one (1) mystery box containing five (5) Digital Collectibles in celebration of its partnership with Cristiano Ronaldo (“CR7”) and his meteoric career and mentality to push the limits.
2. Eligibility: Existing Binance users who hold previous Cristiano Ronaldo X Binance Digital collectibles or new users who successfully complete and pass identity verification (“KYC”) will be eligible to redeem, or to win, a ‘Forever To The Moon’ Digital Collectible. Please note, however, the following restrictions in specific countries (“Restricted Jurisdictions”):
A. Canada, Chile, British Indian Oceans, Cuba, Japan, Hong Kong, Iran, Malaysia, Mauritius, Nigeria, Netherlands, North Korea, St Helena & Dependencies, Singapore, Seychelles, Syria and the United States won’t be allowed to take part in the Promotion due to regulations, sanctions or strict marketing environment. This includes also participating in the Promotion.
B. Be advised that users from the following listed countries will not be able to utilize Binance Pay to purchase items in Forever To The Moon: American Samoa, Australia, Guam, Indonesia, North Korea, New Zealand, Northern Mariana Islands, Philippines, Puerto Rico, Thailand, Ukraine(Crimea Region incl. Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson as well as the Crimea Peninsula), United States Minor Outlying Islands, UK, Vietnam, Virgin Islands (U.S.), and the United Arab Emirates.
3. Mystery boxes for New Users: First 7,583 Users who register and complete KYC from June 11, 2025 are eligible for a mystery box
Selection Criteria: First 7,583 eligible users who register and complete KYC from June 11, 2025 and belong to eligible markets
Fulfilment Process: 1x mystery box at random will be airdropped via your Binance UID. This airdrop will occur every Friday in June or if the mystery boxes are completely redeemed. An email will be sent to remind you to check the mystery box when the airdrop is complete.
4. Mystery boxes for existing holders of Binance X Cristiano Ronaldo Digital Collectibles
For Holders of ALL Drops 1 to 5: To reward our most loyal holders of every Binance X Cristiano Ronaldo Digital Collectibles who have collected ALL drops so far, we will airdrop each holder 5x mystery boxes at random.
77x Mystery boxes For Existing holders of ANY drops 1 to 5: The mystery box giveaway rewards holders of ANY Digital Collectibles with the chance to win one of 77 available mystery boxes by taking part in weekly activities in the Binance X CR7 Closed Telegram Group. Two Activities will be conducted from 11 to 18 June and 19 to 25 June. Announcement of the week’s winners will be on Friday each week, and prizes will be airdropped by 23:59 Friday each week.
How Do Existing Holders Enter and What Can They Win? The Activities will start at 14:00 (UTC) on 11 June 2025 and run until 23:59 (UTC) on 25 June 2025. To be eligible to enter the giveaways, Participants must have at least one (1) Digital Collectible from any of the Cristiano Ronaldo collections in their Binance account and join the Binance X CR7 Closed Telegram groupBy entering the competition, you represent that (a) you are not located in any of the Restricted Jurisdictions, (b) that you agree to these Terms, and (c) that you agree to Binance’s decisions regarding the giveaway, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. All Digital Collectible holders who wish to participate in the giveaway will need to join the closed Telegram group and complete each week’s activity mechanics.
Shipping and distribution: Customs Costs for International Shipping of footballs and jerseys signed by Cristiano Ronaldo. These Terms govern the potential customs costs associated with the international shipping of footballs and jerseys signed by Cristiano Ronaldo to destinations worldwide. By minting the collection from Binance, the holder agrees to adhere to these Terms.
Definitions:
Snapshot Date: The date and time that a snapshot of the blockchain and wallet data will be taken to determine who is eligible for each Utility based on holding the required Forever To The Moon Prize Digital Collectible at the required date and time.
Claiming: Holders will need to perform certain actions before they can receive their physical Utility (for example, signed football or jerseys that will be mailed may require shipping, scheduling and/or coordination). The time limit within which holders must respond to Binance in order to claim and receive their physical benefits is 30 days.
Redemption: A specific action and time limit required for Holders to be able to access or receive their benefits.
Forever To The Moon Benefits:
Physical Attendance of ‘7 Minutes with CR7’ for seven (7) of the ‘7 mins with CR7’ prize holders. Winners will receive a trip (premium economy flight and hotel accommodation provided) to physically meet Cristiano and have seven minutes with him in Dec 2025.

Final Snapshot Date: June 27, 2025 23:59:59 (UTC)
Claim Process: The Holder must have their Prize Digital Collectible in their Binance account at the time of the Final Snapshot Date during the period of the aforementioned snapshot.
Redemption Process: The selected winner will be notified on June 27, 23:59 (UTC). The winner will receive an email from Binance with a link and deadlines to submit their details. Holders must submit their details by July 30, 2025, 23:59:59 (UTC). Binance will contact the winner regarding travel and accommodation details via the email associated with the user's Binance profile.
Signed Football for seventeen (17): Holders of this prize will receive a physical football signed by Cristiano Ronaldo.

Binance Blockchain Week Tickets Only for Seven hundred and seventy (777). Holders of this prize will receive a digital ticket to attend Binance Blockchain Week held in Dubai in December 2025.

Claim Process: The Holder must have their prize Digital Collectible in their Binance wallet at the time of the Final Snapshot Date during the period of the aforementioned snapshots.
Redemption Process: The selected winner will be notified on June 27, 23:59 (UTC). The winner will receive an email from Binance with a link to redeem their ticket by the end of Q3 2025. Binance will contact the winner regarding details via the email associated with the user's Binance profile.
Binance will withhold some mystery boxes for the purpose of rewarding previous drop holders and to run various promotions.

General Conditions:
Binance reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
Binance's decisions regarding the Promotion, including winner selection, are final and binding.
By participating in the Promotion, Participants agree to abide by Binance's Terms of Use and Terms and Conditions for Prize Promotions. Participants agree that Binance may collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
Binance reserves the right to disqualify any Participants for any dishonest, abusive or fraudulent behaviour at its sole discretion, including but not limited to: showing any signs of fraudulent behavior immediately (e.g., wash trading, bulk account registrations, self dealing, market manipulation, and more) and tampering with Binance program code, or interfere with the operation of Binance program code with other software.

Binance assumes no liability for any technical issues, disruptions, or discrepancies that may affect participation in the Promotion or prize distribution.
Participation in the Promotion is at the Participant's own risk.
Complete Receiver Details:
Full Postal Address: Recipients should provide their complete postal address including their street number, building name if any, city, state/province, postal or zip code, and country. Any specific instructions for delivery like landmarks or specific entrances should also be noted down.
Contact Details: It's crucial that recipients provide a valid contact number and backup contact number if possible. Couriers often call ahead or require phone contact if they have trouble locating the address or need to reschedule the delivery for any reason.
Email Address: Recipients should provide an email address which can help to notify the status of delivery, any changes in delivery schedule, or if any further information is needed.
Preferred Delivery Times: If the delivery service allows for scheduling, recipients should include their preferred delivery window to optimize for successful delivery.
Customs Duties and Taxes:
Responsibility: The purchaser acknowledges that customs duties, taxes, and any other charges levied by customs authorities in the destination country are not included in the purchase price of the Utility.
Purchaser's Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay any applicable customs duties, taxes, and charges imposed by the destination country's customs authorities upon importation of the vintage football shirt.
Variances: Customs duties and taxes vary by country and are subject to change without notice. Binance cannot predict or control these charges, and therefore cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies in such charges.
Declaration of Value:
Accurate Declaration: Binance will accurately declare the value of the footballs or jerseys on the customs declaration form accompanying the shipment.
Assistance: Binance may, upon request, provide assistance or documentation required by customs authorities to facilitate the clearance process. However, Binance is not liable for any delays or issues arising from customs clearance procedures.
Refusal of Shipment:
Non-Payment of Customs Fees: In the event that the purchaser refuses to pay the customs duties, taxes, or any other charges imposed by the destination country's customs authorities, the shipment may be returned to Binance.
Refund Policy: If a shipment is returned due to the purchaser's refusal to pay customs fees, Binance reserves the right to deduct any return shipping costs, customs fees, and handling fees incurred from the refund amount.
Return Policy: If the recipient refuses the delivery or is not available to accept the delivery after 1 attempt, the shipment will be canceled.
Compliance with Laws:
Legal Compliance: The purchaser agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country regarding the importation of goods, including but not limited to customs duties, taxes, and import restrictions.
Indemnification: The purchaser indemnifies and holds harmless Binance from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the purchaser's failure to comply with such laws and regulations.
Modification of Terms:
Right to Modify: Binance reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the Binance website or notification to the purchaser.
Governing Law:
Jurisdiction: Aside from where Applicable Law requires or provides you with a choice otherwise, these Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Hong Kong.
By purchasing a Digital Collectible from Binance, the holder acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms regarding potential customs costs for international shipping.
