According to BlockBeats, on July 2, U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge Martin Glenn allowed Celsius Network to continue making multiple claims in the lawsuit against Tether.

Court documents show that Celsius accuses Tether of unfairly liquidating tens of thousands of bitcoins before Celsius's collapse in 2022, in violation of U.S. bankruptcy law. The case involves more than 57,000 BTC, which Celsius claims were improperly seized or liquidated too early. If the assets were retained, their value would exceed $4 billion.
