According to Cointelegraph, the Canadian Bitcoin Treasury Corporation (BTCT) will resume trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange's Venture Exchange on June 30, with the stock code 'BTCT', having issued over 10 million shares.

The company raised CAD 125 million (USD 92 million) through a brokered offering and issued 426,650 shares at CAD 10 (USD 7.32) per share, with shares needing to be held for four months and one day.

A portion of the raised funds will be used to purchase 292.8 BTC, with a total cost of approximately $31.5 million. This is the company's first large-scale purchase of BTC, aimed at providing liquidity solutions for customers.

CryptoQuant data shows that the BTC supply held by long-term holders has increased by 800,000 coins, reaching a new 30-day high, indicating long-term holders' confidence in BTC.
