According to PANews, Lido DAO has released the 'Auxiliary Proposer Mechanism' (APM) framework, aimed at assisting node operators in safely adopting new tools for Ethereum block construction, such as Proposer-Builder Separation (PBS) and Pre-confirmation Mechanism.

The APM framework is divided into three layers: mechanisms (such as PBS), protocols (such as MEV-Boost), and auxiliary tools (such as Commit-Boost). Lido proposes to establish an APM committee responsible for evaluating, approving, and maintaining the list of available APMs.

The proposal has been submitted to the Lido governance forum, and community voting will soon commence.
