According to Deep Tide TechFlow, Mike Novogratz, the founder of Galaxy Digital, revealed that the company spent nearly four years and over $25 million to complete the U.S. listing process. He described the process as "not American, unfair, and frustrating." What typically takes 45-90 days was dragged out to 1,320 days, with nine rounds of comments from the SEC. Prior to this, Galaxy Digital was only listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Novogratz believes the depth of the U.S. market is 30 times that of Canada, and if they had entered the U.S. market earlier, the company's development would have been very different.
