How to record the video?

video tutorial

Before you press ‘record’, please note the video should be recorded in one continuous take without any edits or cuts.

Position your camera so that it can capture your face, as well as the screen of the device you are using.

Start recording in the video:

You can choose to show your face in the video at this time, or wait until the end of the video.

1. Show us the process of you logging in to the external platform or wallet account from which you made the deposit to your Binance account, and show the detailed login process. Note: you do not need to show any passwords. This is to prove that you are the owner of this external account.

2. Open the Transaction history page of this account and go to exactly the funds that were sent to your Binance account. Please show all details in the video including date, asset, amount, address and hash.

For cryptocurrency deposits: Show in the video the TXID of the transaction and click the TXID to display the transaction on the blockchain.

3. Please save the video file as an .mp4, .mov, .rmvb.

Once submitted, your request will be reviewed and you will be notified.

Important notes:

  • We do not accept deposit confirmation email. You must record this video to show the withdrawal record from the third-party platform (non-Binance account) that corresponds to the deposit record in your Binance Account.
  • Please record all information in one video. Do not record two separate videos for the same type of materials.
  • The video must show the complete login process from the withdrawal platform/wallet. Please cover your passwords and other sensitive information.
  • Please do not put watermarks on your videos and do not edit your videos.
