Furthermore, his company, DT Marks Defi LLC, owns 75% of WLFI Company, with the remaining 25% held by three other investors. World Liberty Financial, Inc. primarily owns the WLFI protocol, governance platform, and associated token reserves, digital wallets, and intellectual property. As of December 31, WLFI's founders have the authority to enter into certain service agreements, and the company has raised $57,355,532 through token sales.
