Despite the initial recovery in altcoins, the majority of investors are still afraid of another downturn, and most of them have exited the market and are simply observing, waiting for the next dip they've become accustomed to. But when the market continues to rise, they will say, "Now it's time for a correction," until they realize that altcoins have surged without giving them a chance to get in. At that point, they will fall into the trap of FOMO (fear of missing out) and enter the market at the wrong time.
