Fear After Losses — Learning to Hold:-
After facing heavy losses in $ASTER and others (almost 300 USDT gone), I entered $SPK with caution. Yesterday, I bought 2,885 tokens at 0.037393. But right after buying, the price dropped — again. I was scared, yet I waited for over a day. Today, when the price reached0.0376823, I sold with just a tiny gain. Now the price is already above $0.039.
My fear stopped me from holding longer. My past losses made me so anxious that even a small dip shakes my confidence. I keep asking myself — how can I make real profit if I can’t even hold through small waves?
This journey has taught me that patience and timing are everything in trading. But fear after loss is real — and it controls you if you let it. I’m trying to learn, grow, and hopefully recover step by step.
