According to PANews, Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (NASDAQ: FFAI) has finalized a strategic investment of approximately $41 million in Qualigen Therapeutics (NASDAQ: QLGN). Faraday Future contributed around $30 million, while its founder, YT Jia, invested about $4 million, with participation from the SIGN Foundation and others. Following the transaction, Faraday Future holds approximately 55% of Qualigen's common stock, and YT Jia owns about 7%, with a commitment to a two-year lock-up period. Qualigen Therapeutics is expected to be renamed CXC10 as it advances its initiatives in the crypto and Web3 sectors. This investment is part of Faraday Future's "Dual-Flywheel & Dual-Bridge" ecosystem strategy, aimed at bridging EAI with crypto and connecting Web2 with Web3.
