Promotion Period: 2025-09-10 00:00 (UTC) to 2025-10-10 23:59 (UTC)
Eligibility:
This promotion is open to Binance Affiliates who meet at least one of the following criteria:
Offer a 40% or 50% commission rate on Futures trading fees.
Offer a 50% commission rate on Spot trading fees.
Affiliates who upgrade their commission rate to meet these criteria during the promotion period will become eligible from the date of their upgrade.
How to Participate:
Step 1: Click the [Join Now] button on the activity page to confirm your participation.
Step 2: Encourage your referrals to trade on Binance Futures during the Promotion Period.
Step 3: Achieve the required incremental growth and meet the minimum trade volume in your referrals' Futures trading volume based on your benchmark tier to unlock bonus rewards.
Reward Structure:
Affiliates’ benchmark tier is determined by their referrals’ total Futures trading volume from 2025-08-01 to 2025-08-31. To qualify for a reward, affiliates must meet both the “Required Incremental Volume Growth” and the “Minimum Total Futures Trading Volume” for their respective tier during the Promotion Period.
Reward Calculation Example:If an affiliate's benchmark volume is $28,000,000 , they are eligible for the “$25,000,001 - $50,000,000 ” tier. To earn the 500 USDC bonus, they must:
Increase their referrals' Futures trading volume by at least 25% (i.e., $28,000,000 * 25% = $7,000,000).
The affiliate’s referrals achieved a total Futures trading volume of at least $33,000,000 during the Promotion Period. The affiliate's new total volume would be $28,000,000 + $7,000,000 = $35,000,000, which meets the criteria.
Reward Distribution:
Qualified affiliates will receive USDC rewards, which will be distributed directly to their Spot Accounts within 14 working days after the Promotion ends.
Terms & Conditions:
Only Binance users who have met the registration criteria above are eligible to participate in the Promotion. Registrations from users who do not meet the criteria will not be counted, even if they have successfully clicked on the “Join Now!” button on the activity page.
These terms and conditions (“Activity Terms”) govern users’ participation in the activity above (“Activity”). By participating in this Activity, users agree to these Activity Terms, and the following additional terms: (a) Binance Terms and Conditions for Prize Promotions; (b) Binance Futures Service Agreement; (c) Binance Terms of Use; and (d) Binance Privacy Notice; all of which are incorporated by reference into these terms and conditions.
In the case of any inconsistency or conflict between these Activity Terms, and any other incorporated terms, the provisions of these Activity Terms shall prevail, followed by the following in this order of precedence, and to the extent of such conflict: (a) Binance Terms and Conditions for Prize Promotions; (b) Binance Futures Service Agreement; (c) Binance Terms of Use; and (d) Binance Privacy Notice.
This promotion is only available to users who are eligible for Binance Futures trading and may not be available or may be restricted in certain jurisdictions or regions, depending on legal and regulatory requirements.
Only trading volumes generated from regular to VIP 1 referrals will count toward the total volume calculation.
Trading volume on any zero-trading-fee pairs will be excluded from the calculation.
Sub-accounts will not be considered individual participants. Their trading volume will be combined with the master account’s standard trading volume.
Binance reserves the right to disqualify a user’s reward eligibility if the account is involved in any dishonest behavior (e.g., wash trading, illegally bulk account registrations/logins, self dealing, or market manipulation). Binance further reserves the right to disqualify any participants who tamper with Binance program code, or interfere with the operation of Binance program code with other software.

Binance reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these terms and conditions without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating, or suspending these activities, the eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, and all Participants shall be bound by these amendments.
