决策线在低位走平，说明很快将有大级别行情。
如果经过一波拉升之后，币价回落到决策线附近止跌，而此时决策线走平，说明洗盘结束，随后将有加速拉升。
任何一段行情在上涨之前至少有两次假破位三次以上假突破
记住。
高手买在破位，韭菜割在低点
高手卖在突破，韭菜套在新高
