#VerbTechnologyCompany announces the pricing of an upsized and oversubscribed private placement, positioning the company to implement a $TON treasury strategy. The company entered into $558M PIPE deal with institutional and accredited investors, selling approximately 58.7M shares (including pre-funded warrants) at $9.51 each.
Additionally, the company plans to rebrand as TON Strategy Co. (TSC) and become the first publicly traded treasury reserve for #Toncoin , the native token of #TheOpenNetwork .
