Paul Chowles, an NCA officer, stole 50 $BTC from a wallet tied to Silk Road 2.0.
The theft occurred in 2017 when the $BTC was worth £60K (~$79K).
By the time he was caught, the stash had grown to £4.4M (~$5.9M).
