Resolv to gradually activate fee switch

#Resolv has announced it will begin activating its fee switch mechanism, allocating up to 10% of daily protocol profits to the Foundation treasury. The implementation will take place in four weekly phases from July 31 to August 21, gradually increasing the share from 2.5% to 10%.
