Figma has confidentially filed an IPO application with the U.S. SEC, revealing a fully diluted valuation of up to $16.5bn.
The design software giant currently holds about $70m in Bitcoin ETFs and intends to expand these holdings, alongside being authorized to issue Blockchain Common Stock.
