CoinDCX suffers $44 million hack amid ongoing crypto exchange attacks

Indian crypto exchange #CoinDCX was hacked on Friday, resulting in a $44 million loss. CEO Sumit Gupta stated the breach stemmed from a compromised internal account linked to liquidity operations, caused by a “sophisticated server breach”. On-chain analyst ZachXBT reported the attacker used #TornadoCash to fund their #Ethereum address and bridged stolen assets from #Solana to Ethereum.
