Bro, I gotta say this.

The other day, I saw this guy flashing his wrist — wearing some Gucci watch or whatever — and man, it just gave me the ick. I don’t know why people flex these designer watches like it means something.

And trust me, those brands build watches. Designer ones? Just cheap parts, mostly from China, thrown together and marked up like crazy. No history, no respect in the watch world.

If you’re dropping $300 on a Gucci watch, bro just get a Seiko. Even a Casio. At least that shows you know what you’re wearing.

And honestly? I’d rather talk to a guy rocking a $50 Casio than someone showing off a designer watch. Because one’s wearing value, and the other’s wearing hype.
