21Shares has filed under the Investment Company Act of 1940 (first of its kind) crypto basket ETFs with the SEC: FTSE Crypto 10 and Crypto 10 ex-BTC.

If approved, they’ll give cap-weighted exposure to the top tokens - minus the K-1 paperwork- thanks to a 1099-reporting structure.
