🚨 Important: CARV Verifier Node Upgrade Before July 14th

Dear CARVers!

We’re excited to announce that a new version of the CARV Verifier Node is now available! To ensure your node keeps running smoothly and continues earning rewards, please make sure to upgrade before July 14th (Monday).

Who Needs to Upgrade?

Only the following node runners need to be manually upgrade:

You DO need to upgrade if:

1️⃣ You run the Verifier Node using Docker, or

2️⃣ You run it via source code (GitHub/main branch)

If this is you, please upgrade as follows:

For Docker Users:

1. docker pull carvprotocol/verifier:mainnet

2. docker pull carvprotocol/verifier:mainnet-amd64

For Source Code Users: [git pull origin main]

Also, if you’re using a custom config, make sure to update your gasless_service URL to:

https://t.co/DXeoP4bViq

❌ You DO NOT need to upgrade if:

1️⃣ You run your node through https://t.co/3AOjMxVI45 . This version will be automatically updated by CARV.

2️⃣ You are using a node operator or service provider: Most major operators have already confirmed the upgrade with us. You can check with them directly if you’re unsure.

Why It Matters

Starting July 14th, the old Verifier version will be deprecated and no longer supported. Outdated nodes may stop functioning and will not receive rewards after that date.
