Bitcoin just hit a new all-time high. We still have a very long way to go though.

ProCap BTC LLC already purchased 4,950 bitcoin, rather than waiting for our deal to close. Those bitcoin are now worth ~ $585 million based on today's price. I am excited about the proposed business combination with Columbus Circle Capital Corp 1 $CCCM. I believe bitcoin is the new hurdle rate. If you can't beat it, you have to buy it.

The bitcoin breakout was very easy to see coming. There are too many people and companies buying bitcoin for the price to stay depressed. Here is a clip from May 6th where I describe the situation. I was off by about 5 days :)

Congratulations to all the bitcoin holders. It has been a long road to get to the current level of adoption and price. Tons of volatility and even more naysayers. But each of you ignored the noise, held through it all, and now will reap the benefits of your conviction. Enjoy it. But realize there is still a ton of work left to do. Quite literally, we are just beginning this multi-decade journey together. Find good things to do in the world. Spend time with your families. And remember that bitcoin has no top because they will never stop printing money.
