Binance Wallet will host Velvet's public token sale

#BinanceWallet will host Velvet's $VELVET public token sale starting July 10th at 8:00 UTC. Allocation will be determined proportionally, based on the user's subscription amount relative to the total amount deposited during the subscription period. The required Alpha Points threshold will be announced later.
