When Lombard announced the partnership with Katana, tbh, I thought it was another routine drop, until I saw the full breakdown.

@Lombard_Finance takes over as the BTC engine for the entire Katana stack. $BTCK brings full decentralization, $LBTC pushes auto-yield straight from Babylon. Both are wired directly into the system.

They didn’t pick WBTC or any of the usual wrappers, they went with Lombard and that for me speaks volumes.
