The TON Foundation is aware of an early announcement circulating on the X platform regarding the "UAE Golden Visa Initiative" purportedly being offered through TON. We would like to clarify:

This initiative is the result of an independent collaboration between TON and a licensed partner specializing in blockchain and tokenized assets. It is still in its early stages and has not entered into any formal agreement with the UAE government.

There is no official Golden Visa program launched in partnership with or approved by the UAE government.

The initiative aims solely to explore how blockchain-based frameworks can support future legal residency pathways, while adhering to all laws and regulations. Simply applying does not guarantee obtaining a visa, which remains the prerogative of the competent UAE authorities.

TON also supports the joint statement issued by official UAE authorities (the Identity and Citizenship Authority, the Securities and Commodities Authority, and the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority) confirming the absence of any official digital or investment visa initiative in partnership with the government.

We welcome this clarification and reaffirm our commitment to transparency and responsible collaboration with trusted partners.
