Ondo Finance to acquire Oasis Pro, expanding U.S. tokenized securities access

#OndoFinance has agreed to acquire #OasisPro , a U.S.-regulated brokerage platform, in a move to support the launch of tokenized stocks and securities. The acquisition, subject to regulatory approval, will provide Ondo with broker-dealer, alternative trading system (ATS), and transfer agent licenses from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission #SEC . The deal positions Ondo to expand its tokenized asset offerings, particularly for non-U.S. investors via its Global Markets platform.
