I don't know if this is "legal" or not but what's stopping broke ass companies from doing the following plan - Announce #BTC treasury by diluting existing shareholders & selling stock - Claim publicly that "we have bought X/Y/Z #BTC at whatever price" - Privately sell it all back to the market again cashing in #USD - Only announce it in the next mandatory financial disclosures period. Company dilluated existed shareholders, got new BTC believer shareholder, manage to sell existing stock for USD (using #BTC as an intermediate)

People be telling me this is max fear but things are still very orderly, #BTC went down 3% from open ETH down like 5%, sol down like 4% There is no fear here, people are like "we gonna buy the dip", the selling is methodical and organized, no cascades, no big liquidation spikes, no 6% nuke in 1h on BTC
