Changpeng Zhao (CZ) has taken to his X account to comment on Elon Musk’s announcement of how he plans to use the upcoming updated version of his Grok 3.5 iteration.

Musk's Grok to rewrite entire corpus of human knowledge

Musk announced that the next version of the AI chatbot produced by his xAI startup will be called Grok 3.5 or, perhaps, Grok 4. Led by Musk’s ideas and initiative, the team plans to “rewrite the entire corpus of human knowledge, adding missing information and deleting errors.”

We will use Grok 3.5 (maybe we should call it 4), which has advanced reasoning, to rewrite the entire corpus of human knowledge, adding missing information and deleting errors. Then retrain on that. Far too much garbage in any foundation model trained on uncorrected data.

This version of the AI bot will have “advanced reasoning.” When this ambitious task is done, they will retrain the latest version of Grok on that. Musk stated that all foundation models of AI are being trained on “uncorrected data” that contains “far too much garbage.”

An X user proposed that Musk should call the new model not Grok 3.5 or Grok 4, but rather Grok 4.20, aligning with Musk’s love for the number 420, which is also associated with April 20, an international Dogecoin day. Elon Musk is a renowned supporter of Dogecoin and a great lover of memes. As early as Thursday, he posted a Pepe the Frog meme after SpaceX’s Starship exploded right on the test site during routine tests before taking flight.

CZ comments on Musk's Grok announcement

Changpeng Zhao cited Musk’s X post in his tweet, saying he is curious to see how this plan to rewrite the entire corpus of human knowledge will unfold.

He reminded the community that a lot of knowledge consists of two crucial components: history and opinions. “There are many versions of both. All heavily debated on,” he stated.

Will be fun to see how this plays out.Much of knowledge involves history and opinions. There are many versions of both. All heavily debated on.That's why many countries/cultures want their own AI models.Even more interesting if you throw politics in there.😂 https://t.co/R6YCFAMGgR

CZ reveals his crypto trading "secret"

In an earlier X post, CZ stated that some traders deliberately expose the size of their trades and the leverage they use. Particularly, he commented on a tweet that tagged the controversial trader James Wynn, famous for long Bitcoin with a 20x leverage.

CZ called that sort of behavior “advertising, and/or a psychological game,” adding that the majority of traders he knows prefer not to show their orders to the public.

I don't trade much at all. I spend crypto, and where I need to spend fiat, I convert what I need to spend. The rest is in crypto.

When asked in the comments what size of trades he makes, CZ responded, saying that he hardly ever trades crypto and mostly spends it. He confessed that all his capital and investments are held in cryptocurrencies.
