I'd wager that @megaeth_labs will go down in history as one of the few projects that delivered the hype. Since even before the Fluffle mint back in late Jan, there's been an incredible amount of organic bullishness that just can't be replicated in other projects, especially EVM ones. I used to think that Hyperliquid's success and HyperEVM (which is not really high throughput at all) would steal its thunder, but it seems it managed to coexist quite well in its own lane. TGE will be the true test of time of course, as with everything, but the dapp centric (and way how exposure is raffled out) approach they're going for is imo the right strategy and will only contribute to its success. Bullish.

The only thing I wish @MagicNewton did, which is already a great tool in a lot of respects, is to allow for us to convert our stables into Universal assets (uSOL, etc) or simply HYPE. By the way, you can also hedge your DCAs while using the tool - simply enable a TWAP/Scale option on Hyperliquid using the same size and distribution as you are on Magic Newton, and you should be more or less delta neutral. The tool would be an incredible one if it allowed for DCAing into HYPE and I'm sure many would love it too, maybe something that @_seanli can think about.

i've watched The Sting (1973) a few years back and its actually quite hilarious how many parallels there are to modern day crypto the "big con" is just a buy-in from the mark (retail) and then vaporizing the money with a quick exit in the movie the mark believes in a "horse betting racket" which is just basically someone promising CONSISTENT and OUTPERFORMING returns and has others vouching for them (VC funds, influencers with fake PnLs, anything really) its all based on informational asymmetry - those who are setting up the con know its a con those who have no idea - think its legit, because everything seems legit and everyone they speak to confirms its legit the exit happens just as the mark feels they're invincible and that they've made it - kind of how when the best time to sell an altcoin is when you feel its invincible and up only they even use WESTERN UNION and telegraph companies and whatnot as payment rails (that's why it's called wire fraud, i guess?) because obviously stablecoins didn't exist back then or the internet must see movie!
