The target audience for Sky and USDS is mercenary capital.

Basically regular people, investors, funds, institutions that are looking for the best possible risk adjusted return.

The Sky Agent Framework lets stars compete with each other to deploy the collateral portfolio into the best opportunities of both tradfi and defi, credit-enhanced with junior risk capital so the risk profile stays uniform.

The competition between Stars, especially as they adopt AI governance tools to automate their allocation strategies (starts to roll-out early next year), combined with the extreme efficiency of the Sky Protocol, means that USDS will be able to deliver risk-adjusted returns above anyone else globally.

To kick-start things there's also the farming of Star tokens themselves which will start with Spark SPK and some of the other initial Star launches.
