According to Odaily, on June 10, Russian Ambassador to the United States, Anatoly Antonov, announced that Russia and the U.S. have preliminarily agreed to relocate their diplomatic negotiations on sensitive issues from Istanbul to their respective capitals. The next round of talks is set to take place in Moscow soon.
