Moving back to India and spending time with my family and frens who aren’t crypto native has helped a lot in grasping:

> What they use on daily basis?

> Their pain points

> What’s ideal onboarding flow for them?

(Hate to break it but just adding Fiat-on-ramp is not enough, users in geographies like India are price sensitive - paying $0.1 for on-ramping $1 isn’t going to work for them)

Also, have been able to understand that crypto has a charm of speculation for most - hence they feel it’s gambling only.

But I shared some ideas with them and showed them some apps to ask if they would use them - a lot of them actually liked these apps.

- @orogoldapp

- @pumpdotfun - Streaming feature

- @noicedotso

Few areas I found extremely underserved when these folks started asking for examples of apps if they exist in crypto:

- Travel and Nomadic experiences (mentioned @OnchainCity - but had nothing to show)

- Duolingo for crypto - referred “How to DeFi” books but honestly there is no simple app to create a fun experiences for people to learn and be rewarded

- Savings or Micro-transactions app - most things I showcased seem to alienate these users
