SEC says certain proof-of-stake blockchain protocol staking activities are *not* securities transactions… Another hurdle cleared for staking in spot eth ETFs. Now need clarity from IRS on how staking revenue handled in grantor trust (which is structure used for spot eth ETFs).

Past 5 weeks… Over $9bil into spot btc ETFs, while nearly $3bil out of gold ETFs. “Btc’s intraday correlation w/ Nasdaq, the dollar, & even gold has been remarkably low. Suggests btc may increasingly be viewed as a hedge or even a non-correlated asset class.” via @sidcoins
