Very interesting dynamic at play here. We obviously have degeneracy on HyperLiquid and with positions being public there's a lot of position hunting going on. But at the same time the big 3 still make up most of the OI and they're all trading below baseline: shorts. $BTC

With BTC breaking out it's time to pick up some alts that look good before they breakout. $PENGU is ready for round 2 IMO, flipping support levels with below baseline funding. Nice setup.
