This space is becoming more and more toxic with increasing racism and stereotyping, often targeted at Africans and Indians. This is not fair, especially to the hardworking individuals from these regions.

These days projects reward job positions not based on merits but on connections and race, we can't move forward as an industry if we keep doing this and do so little to condemn it.

As for the individuals from these targeted regions, I say this to you: you will be heard, you will be employed, you will get the opportunities you seek, just keep showing up and doing your bits.

As for the influencers from these regions, don't cause more harm by encouraging racism because you want to please your pay masters, better to promote your region and ensure that the positive perspective becomes the narrative.
