This week, developers discussed the client teams' preparations for the Pectra upgrade on the Holesky testnet and the next steps for PeerDAS Devnet 5. Developers also agreed to finalize EIP 7872, which concerns the maximum blob flag for local builders, and EIP 7870, which provides hardware and bandwidth recommendations for validators and full nodes. Additionally, EF test engineer Mario Vega confirmed that all Pectra system contracts have been deployed on Holesky, Sepolia, and the Ethereum mainnet.
