According to Foresight News, Hong Kong-listed company Port Asia Holdings (01723.HK) has purchased one Bitcoin on the open market as of February 13, valued at approximately $96,150, using internal resources. The company's board believes that cryptocurrencies still have potential for appreciation. Following this announcement, the company's stock price surged to a peak of HKD 4.4 over three trading days, marking a 340% increase, and is currently trading at HKD 4.25.

Previously, citing Bitcoin Magazine, Foresight News reported that UTXO Management and Sora Ventures, among others, acquired a majority stake (70.26%) in Port Asia Holdings. This acquisition signifies a strategic transformation for the company, which plans to rebrand itself as Moon Inc.
