Trading is a mindset.

Do not get involved with your emotions. Do some research, invest, hit your target and then sell. Holding coins for long term is a good strategy, but if that is the path you are choosing to take, then be prepared to face market corrections. It is going to get bumpy.

I personally stopped holding coins long term. I understand the whole notion of some projects having “massive potential”, but the potential does not get me gains right now, who knows when those massive gains will arrive.

Stick to fundamentals, invest, hit your targets and pull out. Most people do not leave the crypto market with profits. Considering that fact, know that your chances of holding long term and selling at a high are already very low. Be realistic, consistently acheive small wins/trades daily/weekly/monthly and keep stacking profits.

This is the path to success here. Not holding long term. If you do still want to go ahead and hold long term, do not do so with all your savings. Invest a small amount that wont bother you one bit even if you lost it, and then be patient with it. Do not get emotionally attached to an idea of wealth.

And for any religious people here, do ensure your coin is allowed for you to dive into beforehand by doing your research (ex: checking for halal compliance for muslims). Stacking profits is great, but lets not forget our end and ensure we stack the biggest win in the next life.
