Who is Uncle Whale? BOB?!
This is not a clickbait and most people will want to crucify me for what I am about to reveal. First of all, I am a holder of BOB token and I wish the very best to all the community behind it.
While I am a BOB holder, decided to dig a little bit deeper to find more about it as the general vibe is so high, it is difficult not to fall into the FOMO (fear of missing out).
There was only one question to answer: Why there is a wallet that holds 59% of all BOB and who does it belong to?
As of writing this article the wallet address 0x73D8bD54F7Cf5FAb43fE4Ef40A62D390644946Db holds 59.51% of all tokens, which is a little over 250T tokens.
Some tokens are supported by Binance and in fact Binance buys and holds them within their wallets. All wallets are publicly available and listed. I have searched for Binance owned BOB token wallet and found it. What I have found inside was only a mere 3.3B BOB tokens, but as expected, only a few transactions were made to accumulate, they don't trade as we do. Binance is very good in supporting projects by holding selected tokens. That is much appreciated and thank you Binance making it happen.
So, that lead me to dig a little bit deeper to find out more about the main holder of BOB, let us call him "Uncle Whale".
Uncle Whale has been on a venture with BOB from 17th of March 2025. Buying great numbers and achieving something unprecedented - control over the BOB token, I mean total control.
When I checked Uncle Whale's wallet analytics, token transfer count had started to steadily increase from the moment of taking control. Daily transaction count is over 20 000-30 000. Most likely latest stats will have much more daily transactions performed by Uncle Whale. High transaction count while keeping the same token volume leads me to think of price manipulation of course. And doesn't it look interesting when candle moves all the time :) ?
I don't want to sound like doom and gloom. Just wanted to share what I have learned about BOB when cut off all the noise currently surrounding the token. It is just Uncle Whale plays a game on a different level to any of us. Time will tell if he is a goodie or a baddie.
May I just kindly ask all of you to invest wisely?
If in doubt, be always prepared to lose what you can afford.
