To be eligible to register for a Binance Account and use the Binance Services, you must not be:
(i) located, incorporated, otherwise established in, resident of, a citizen of, or operating in:
-Canada
-Netherlands
-United States
(ii) located, incorporated, otherwise established in, or resident of:
-Cuba
-Democratic People’s Republic of North Korea (“DPRK”)
-Iran
-Syria
-Crimea
-Donetsk People’s Republic
-Luhansk People’s Republic
Binance understands that corporate entities may be connected to the United States in a variety of ways. The methodology and process that Binance uses to determine whether a corporate entity is a U.S. user, and thus, prohibited from using the Binance platform, can be found here.
