Binance Pay Merchant B2C Restrictions

To ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements as well as adherence to strict compliance standards, access to Binance Pay Services will be restricted for the following industries and countries. Merchants in such Restricted Industries or Unsupported Countries and Regions will not be able to onboard as a Binance Pay Merchant.

1. Restricted Industries

The specific types of industries listed below are representative, but not exhaustive. If you are uncertain as to whether or not you or your Merchants fall under the Restricted Industries or have questions about how these requirements apply to you, please submit your inquiry via [email protected]

  • Child pornography and adult industry and/or any sale of sexual services;
  • Arms and ammunition;
  • Unlicensed financial services;
  • Illegal and/or unlicensed casinos, gaming and/or gambling (online and offline), including video games related to these activities;
  • High risk industries (including, but not limited to, cryptocurrency exchanges, coin swap services, pre-paid, debit and credit cards top-ups) as determined by Binance in its sole discretion
  • Such other businesses and/or activities which would be considered illegal or sensitive in the Territory or that could expose any party to the risk of Sanctions as determined by Binance in its sole discretion.

2. Unsupported Countries and Regions

American Samoa, Australia, Bahrain, Canada, Cuba, Cyprus, Guam, Indonesia, Iran, Japan, Kazakhstan, North Korea, New Zealand, Northern Mariana Islands, Philippines, Puerto Rico, Russia, Singapore, Thailand, Ukraine(Crimea Region incl. Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson as well as the Crimea Peninsula), United States Minor Outlying Islands, USA, Vietnam, Virgin Islands (U.S.), Malaysia, Netherlands, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom.
