There are two ways to receive cryptocurrency payments in Binance Pay. You can request payments via your Binance Pay QR code, or your Binance account email, phone number, or Binance ID.
There are three kinds of QR codes you can generate to receive payments.
1. Log in to your Binance app and tap the [Pay] icon. Select [Receive].
2.1 Generate a QR code for payments in any cryptocurrencies
Tap [Save QR Code] or [Share QR Code] and send it to others to receive payment.
2.2 Generate a QR code for payments in a specific cryptocurrency
Tap [Set Currency / Amount].
Select the cryptocurrency you want to receive. You may also add a note. Tap [Confirm]. The system will generate a unique QR code based on the cryptocurrency you chose. Simply send this QR code to the other party to receive payment.
2.3 Generate a QR code for payments in a specific cryptocurrency and amount
Tap [Set Currency / Amount].
Select the cryptocurrency you want to receive and enter the amount you want to receive. You may also add a note. Tap [Confirm]. The system will generate a unique QR code based on the cryptocurrency you chose. Simply send this QR code to the other party to receive cryptocurrency payment.
Alternatively, you can specify the amount in JPY by tapping [JPY].
You can also send your Binance account email, phone number, or Binance ID to the sender to receive cryptocurrency payments.
After the payment is completed, the funds will be credited to your Funding Wallet.
1. How to create a Binance Pay Payment link:
a. Log in to your Binance account and tap the [Pay] icon on the top right. Go to [Receive] - [Payment Link].
b. Select the currency and enter the amount you want to receive. To help the counterparty understand the purpose of the payment request, you can also add a description.
c. Tap [Share Link] to share the link with the counterparty via social media platforms. Please note that not all social media platforms support the request link, and the counterparty may need to copy and paste the link to the browser to open.
Please note that the payment link will expire after seven days.
1. Tap the link you receive and you will see the requestor's name and a description of the payment request. If you recognize the request, tap [Open Binance App].
In case the redirection doesn’t work, please ask the requestor to send you their Binance Pay QR code. If you don’t have the Binance app, tap [Download Binance App].
2. You will be redirected to the Collection Request page. Check the request details carefully before tapping [Pay]. DO NOT proceed with the payment if the request comes from an unknown requestor. You can report any suspicious payment request via Binance Support.
3. Tap [Pay Now] to complete the verification, and the payment will be sent to the requestor.
On the Binance Website:
Log in to your Binance account and go to [More] - [Pay]. You'll see your Binance ID below your nickname.
On the Binance App:
Tap the [Pay] icon from the app homepage and you’ll see your Binance ID at the top.
If you’re unable to locate the incoming funds from your friends under the Binance Pay payment history, you can follow the below steps to trace the funds.
Please note that Binance Pay funds will arrive in your Funding Wallet. You may check your Funding Wallet to see if the funds have arrived first.
You may ask the sender to share the transaction details.
If the payment status is “Successful” but you can’t see the funds in your Funding Wallet, please check if the sender entered the correct recipient details.
