Check the transaction history page (https://www.binance.com/en_JP/my/wallet/history/deposit-crypto) to see if the status is "Information Required".
*NOTE: Make sure to set the time range long enough to show your deposit records.
On Binance website, you can select Start Date and End Date (within 12 months) by choosing “Customized” from Time
If you’re using Binance App, please go to [Wallet] > [Spot], then click the File icon to show Transaction History. At the Transaction History page, click the Filter icon on the top right to select the time range.
If your status is Information Required, you may be able to access funds by completing a questionnaire.
To complete the deposit questionnaire, click Information Required, and then click "Credit Account Manually."
Answer the contents displayed on the screen and finally press "Submit" to complete.

Please select "Not myself" in the Deposit Originator field.
Enter the sender information. Please enter your kanji name, kana name, and kana name correctly. (Please fill in the same notation as the name on the sender's identity verification document.) If you have a middle name, please enter it correctly. )
