When making a deposit via bank transfer, you need to include the unique identification number assigned to you in the "Remitter's Name" field.
Example 1: For 6-digit identification numbers: 123456ヤマダ タロウ
Example 2: For 17-digit identification numbers: 12345678987654321
The deposit will result in an error in the following scenarios:
- Missing identification number
- Incorrect identification number
- Missing spaces
- Unnecessary spaces added
- Missing Katakana name
If you encounter any of these issues, please contact our Binance Customer Support support with the following details:
- Deposit date
- Deposit amount
- UID
- Sender name information. Identification number + Katakana name
Once we verify that the unreflected deposit is yours, it will be credited to your account. In some cases, we may request a screenshot showing the deposit details.
In addition, if there is a discrepancy between the Katakana name in the remitter's name field registered in your Binance account, the deposit will not be automatically reflected due to a user mismatch. In such cases, please apply for a Kumimodoshi (Recall) from your bank or contact our Binance Customer Support..
Furthermore, if there is a discrepancy between the katakana name of the account holder at your bank and the katakana name registered on your Binance account, there may be an error during the withdrawal process.
