You can reset the phone number you use for two-factor authentication (2FA) if you cannot receive SMS verification codes.
In order to protect your account, the withdrawal function will be disabled for 24 hours after changing your phone number.
Here’s how to reset it on the Binance website.
1. Log into your Binance account and hover over the [Profile] icon. Click [Account].
2. Go to [Security]- [Phone Number], click [Manage]
3. Click the [Edit] icon next to the phone number you want to change.
4. Read the notes carefully before clicking [Continue]. Please note that the withdrawals function will be disabled for 24 hours after changing your phone number. Additionally, you will need to wait 24 hours before using the same phone number again.
5. Complete 2FA to continue.
6. Enter another phone number and click [Get Code]. You should receive a verification code on the new number. Enter it and click [Submit].
7. Your new phone number has been verified. Please note that the withdrawals function will be disabled for 24 hours after changing your phone number.
