Please Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) When Logging In

2025-06-04 08:00

Fellow Binancians,

Thank you for being a part of the Binance Japan community.

Recently, in the securities industry, there have been many reported cases where malicious third parties steal customers' IDs and passwords through phishing scams and conduct unauthorized transactions. Strengthening security measures has become an urgent issue in the cryptocurrency exchange industry as well. To protect our customers' assets, enhanced measures such as implementing two-factor authentication (2FA), regularly changing passwords, and raising awareness about suspicious emails and links are required.

Our company provides a two-factor authentication (2FA) feature.

As a measure against unauthorized access, we kindly ask all customers to ensure that two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled at login.

[FAQ] How to enable 2FA on your Binance account

If you see the following message when logging in via the website or smartphone app, it means 2FA is not yet set up. Please select either "PassKey (biometric authentication or security key)" or "Authenticator App" to enable two-factor authentication.
