According to reports from Wu, the Supreme Court of India has questioned the central government's long-term lack of regulation on cryptocurrencies, stating that the absence of a clear legal framework has created a breeding ground for "abuse." The court emphasized that a complete ban on cryptocurrencies is unrealistic, and the government should expedite the introduction of regulatory measures. Two years ago, the Supreme Court had already asked the government to provide a clear explanation of its virtual currency policy, believing that the government's prolonged inaction is equivalent to "turning a blind eye."
