According to TechFlow, on May 14, 2025, the Ethereum Foundation announced the launch of the "Trillion Dollar Security Plan" to enhance the security performance of the Ethereum ecosystem and support global economic infrastructure.
The program will assess the security status of all levels of the Ethereum technology stack, implement key improvements, and strengthen security communication. The project is led by Fredrik Svantes and Josh Stark, and supported by three blockchain security experts.
The Ethereum Foundation calls on community members to provide feedback through designated channels and participate in the security upgrade plan.
