The conference themed around stablecoins will be held on Thursday, May 15, aiming to discuss how to effectively control and reduce illegal financing risks in the context of sanction evasion and the role of offshore stablecoin issuers. Agenda topics include secondary market monitoring, freezing capabilities, counterparty due diligence, and compliance loopholes.
