How to access or switch to Binance Pro?

Log in to your account, then tap the Binance icon on the top left of the page, and tap [Binance Pro] at the bottom.

How to buy crypto with USD on the Binance Pro app?

1. Log in to your Binance app, go to [Add Funds] - [Buy with USD]. 

2. If you haven’t completed identity verification for your Binance account, you’ll be prompted to do so at this step.

If you are an EU user:

Please follow the steps to activate the fiat service and allow us to share your account information with our service providers. 

Account information that will be shared includes:

• Personal information (name, date of birth, nationality)
• Identity verification
• Biometric information
• Proof of address
• Questionnaire
• Source of Wealth declaration

If you are not an EU user:

To ensure the security of your account and comply with regulatory requirements, we need to verify your account information. 

Select [ID Card], [Passport], or [Driver’s License] to verify your identity.

Please follow the instructions to complete a series of verification steps, including:

• Personal information
• ID verification
• Facial recognition
• Questionnaire
• Source of Wealth declaration.

3. Here you can choose the cryptocurrency you want. We use Card as a payment example here. 

• Enter the amount of USD you want to spend, and the system will automatically display the amount of crypto you will receive.
• Select available payment methods under [Pay With].

4. Check the payment details and transaction fees carefully before tapping [Confirm]. 

At any given time, the price and corresponding amount of crypto may be recalculated automatically. 

 

5. Please wait patiently for your order to process. You’ll see the purchased crypto in your account shortly.

How to view my order details?

2. If the transaction cannot be processed, the status will display as 'Failed.' For further action, click [Contact CS].

Frequently Asked Questions

1. If I use a bank card to purchase crypto, what are the supported payment methods?

Binance supports VISA and Mastercard credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. 

2. How many bank cards can I link to my account?

You can link up to five bank cards.

3. Will the transaction be canceled if I cannot complete the purchase within the time limit?

Yes, if you do not complete the order within the time limit, it becomes invalid, and you need to create a new order.

4. If my purchase fails, can I get back the paid amount?

Yes, if payment has been deducted for failed transactions, your payment amount will be returned to your card. The refund process may take a few days to show on your card statement.

5. Why is there an additional fee when I buy crypto? 

Some banks may perceive crypto transactions as quasi-cash payments. Therefore, some banks may charge an additional fee for purchasing cryptocurrency with your cards. If you were charged an additional fee, please contact your bank to clarify the reason first.

6. Why do I see these error messages: "Transaction declined by issuing bank. Please contact your bank or try a different bank card" or “The card you’re using is not supported, please change a card and try again”.

Some banks and card providers may restrict cryptocurrency transactions due to their internal policies. If your transaction is blocked, you may need to consult with your bank or card provider about their rules on cryptocurrency trades. Alternatively, users can try using another card (from the same or different bank). 

7. Why did I receive less cryptocurrency than I expected? Are there other factors at play, like conversion rates, in addition to fees?

When buying cryptocurrency with a card, please note that in addition to fees, conversion rates/prices would also affect the final amount you can receive. You may check your order details from the [Fiat Order] page.

8. What should I do if my purchase fails? Where can I find detailed information about the failure and its solution?

Go to [Fiat Order] and find the failed order. Tap on it and you can view the reason for the failure.

If further support is needed, you can tap the [Contact CS] button to speak with Customer Support.

9. When placing an order, I’m notified that I've already reached my daily limit. How can I increase the limit?

Tap [Increase Limit] and complete the additional verification required to increase your daily limit.
