According to reports from Wu, Anthony Pompliano's Bitcoin vault company ProCap announced the purchase of 3,724 Bitcoins, with an average transaction price of approximately $103,785, totaling about $387 million. The company stated that it will continue to increase its Bitcoin holdings and plans to hold up to $1 billion in Bitcoin assets under the name ProCap Financial after the merger is completed. Previously, ProCap planned to go public through a SPAC merger, expected to be completed by the end of 2025.
